I wanted a mixed succulent planter, but they didn't have that, even though it was one of the selections. What I bought was $60.00. That's a lot aoready for a pothos ivy. Then they charged me over $20 to deliver it to the funeranl home. You know they're taking a lot of thinngs there every day. That's ridiculous. I"ve been using Kaden's since I was a kid. Ken Kaden was one of my heros. So I am disappointed that it's gotten too expensive for me.

I had spoken to you on the phone and we discussed what plants were available, and you chose to send an ivy. Our green plants start at $60 and our delivery is $10. Reason on the website, which has been deleted now from website, is because it is through a network. I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the cost. You were charged through us the $60 plus $10 delivery and tax. Any other fee is through the floral network which is where the website is based from.

Excellent delivery but Iwasn’t able to attend funeral so I never saw what was sent or if I received a worthy arrangement for what I paid for.

I have had flowers delivered multiple times from Kaden the Florist. They are always so fresh, colorful and beautifully arranged. The service is amazing and even when something was ordered overnight one time and her delivery schedule was full the next day, she still got the arrangement made on time to not disappoint anyone. I have been very pleased with everything I have received from them. One year, I had two other arrangements delivered from other local shops (in addition to the one from Kaden) and the others couldn't even compare to the quality and beauty of Kaden's. I recommend them highly!

Absolutely Beautiful standing spray stayed looking good during the heat of the summer at a graveside service! Our family always trusts Kadens' to make choices when substitutes are needed.
